Restore balance is specialized kinesiology and energy healing designed to bring the body and mind into harmony. Your body is constantly working to protect you and bring you to wholeness in every area. Sometimes, though, our systems become overloaded and congested, making it harder for the body to do its job. Through various techniques, I am able to tap in to the body’s information highways - your unique blueprint. This blueprint can tell us what the root causes of your health issues are, the blockages to wholeness and what your body specifically needs for healing. The modalities I use are not limited to the physical body's issues, but also enable us explore the mental and emotional parts of your mind and heart, clearing the past traumas and pain that are contributing to the lack of overall wellbeing.
