Join Angie and Stephanie for their second annual Nourish retreat: a full day of support and guidance in releasing what no longer serves you and refilling your cup with deep soul nourishment. Registration includes an Ayurvedic lunch.

morning - Join in community for a soul-feeding yoga practice, followed by a dharma talk about the different ways we can nourish ourselves, mind, body and spirit. You’ll make a few goodies to take home with you to feel the love for months to come.

midday - Stephanie will nourish you with an Ayurvedic lunch while providing insight as to how yoga’s sister science can help support you as we transition seasons.

afternoon - Angie will guide us through a Meditation and journaling exercise to journey even deeper into nourishment. Another activity will ensure the love is paid forward. We will close with a gentle restorative yoga practice, sound bath, and closing circle.

Angie is a certified Holistic Yoga Therapist, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master and Sound Alchemist. She brings her love for yoga and ceremony into every experience and believes that transformation starts with becoming the alchemist of your own life.

Stephanie is an Ayurvedic Nutritionist and Yoga teacher who is passionate about creating calm in body and mind through food, ritual, movement and mindfulness.
