Massage, Private Yoga, and Sound
The benefits of touch are vast and rapidly gaining regard to whole-body health. Many of us run ourselves beyond fatigue resulting in loss of the essential things our bodies thrive best with, including quality of sleep, immune and metabolism function, and straight up happiness.
Time dedicated to relaxation, like real undivided relaxation, can reset your physical, emotional and thinking self in ways that allow you to be more available and capable in the important areas of your life.
I offer a space to slow yourself down. A space where adrenaline can diminish. In any given second you are taking in *millions* of bits of information. In massage there is opportunity to sooth the electric sensations of overload. There is room to pause some of the outer stimulation, allowing you to drop into and reconnect with the calm sensations within you. Warmth and the soothing element of quieter environment can envelope and comfort you.
I specialize in Swedish massage with a light and healing touch in a warm and nurturing atmosphere. Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) and Trigger Point Therapy techniques linked with your breath are available within the sessions to help balance individual muscles.

Massage and Yoga:
Massage paired with yoga takes resetting your body up a level. I offer tailored-to-you yoga practices utilizing the slow and steady energies of Yin and Restorative Yoga. With hands-on assisting and adjustments and the use of bolsters, blankets and blocks to fully support your bones, you will find a profound awareness of your physical, thinking and etheric body. And in these nurturing sessions, if you choose, you will gain the knowledge to create a sacred and nurturing environment within the comforts of your own home.
By delving into both yoga and massage, the change you desire is more quickly achieved and more predictably sustainable than with just one modality alone.

About Stephanie Lonon
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Sound Immersion Practitioner, I specialize and relish in gentle and calmingtechniques designed to slow your roll.
Through the modalities of sound vibration, touch, breath and movement comes reorganization and personal reverence for your experiences while walking this abundant planet.
The marigold is a ritualistic robust bloom that has gained the adoration of many over the stretch of countless moons. Marigolds for me, represent consistency, resiliency, abundance, bold elegance and vitality.
These flowers have been in my life since I was a wee one. My mom was a morning person, and in the summer months of my childhood I often woke to find her and her coffee mug in the garden. I’d sit on the porch ritualistically eating my bowl of puffed wheat and watch her in her element. An element where she sowed and nurtured her little patch of earth.
The marigold takes me to the place of watching my Mom move as not only my Mom, but as Doris, a strong human whose heart was dedicated to adorning things beautiful. And in doing so, she was tending to her person as well. It was her way. And I was witness. She maintained the areas of interest in her life. She kept them prioritized. She stood in this way, loving, but unfaltering. An archetype for honoring a personal walk.
The icon of this memory is the marigold. These flowers are the first to seed my little gardens today, and now also this new garden, my small business of self-care, Marigold Rising.
So, I gotta say it: We’re flowers. We are the marigolds. We are fully capable of consistency, resiliency, abundance, bold elegance and vitality. Beneath our petals, are the seeds waiting to keep the cycle of bloom repeating. Everyday we rise, unfold, bloom and wither.
Sun up again.
We rely on the seeds for tomorrow. Each tomorrow different than the last, and different from the next. We know our seeds do well with loving attention. We reprioritize. We forget. And we come back to this truth. Cycle, rinse, repeat.
It is my wish and uttermost pleasure to facilitate a sacred space for you to drop into the softest, unwound version of you.
