Private & Shared Rooms:
Shared rooms reflect a per person rate and private is single occupancy. If you wish to room together with a family member or friend, please select the shared room option. If you are coming alone and register for a shared room, we will assign you a roommate (of the same sex).
Our guest rooms are supplied with towels and soap, shampoo and conditioner. Any other items should be brought including toothpaste, lotion and hair dryers. To maintain an environment conducive for meditation, the rooms do not have televisions or phones. Wi-fi service is available in our lounge and training rooms.
All events on the schedule are optional.
Arrival Day (Sunday)
4:00pm-5:30pm: Check in, settle, & unpack
7:30pm-9:00pm: Welcome, Orientation, & Movement
6:00 AM – 7:00 AM: Wake up and go on an early morning stroll. Occasional early morning yoga class.
6:45am – 8:00am: Enjoy a farm-fresh breakfast
9:00am – 11:00am: Chakra-themed yoga class
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Free Time! Lunch at 11:30pm – 1pm. Relax by the pool and get a massage. Go hiking. Check out some of Sedona’s beautiful and healing vortexes. Meditate and rest. Occasional optional workshops scheduled such as Partner Yoga, Cord Cutting, Chakra Sound Immersion, and Gestalt Partswork.
4:00pm – 5:30pm: Chakra-Themed Yoga Class
5:30pm – 7:00pm: Enjoy a fresh, gourmet dinner
7:30pm – 9:00pm: Occasional evening activity (Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, chakra lecture, etc.)
Departure Day (Saturday)
8:30am-9:30am: Final yoga class
12:00pm: Check-out & departure

Sedona Mago Retreat features 120 casitas, with three meals a day, awe inspiring sunrises and sunsets, walking paths and energy vortexes.
The pool and Jacuzzi are open year round so do bring your swimsuit! Coin-operated washers and dryers are available and pool towels are supplied.
Fly into either Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (2.5 hours) or Flagstaff Airport (1 hour)
AZ Shuttle provides shuttle service from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport directly to Sedona Mago Retreat.
Sedona Mago is located in the calm and quiet desert outside of Sedona. We will have one half day off. Plan to add on a few days before or after your retreat if you wish to have more time to explore Sedona.

Meet the Retreat Leaders
Eric and Kaity are a father-daughter duo. Eric specializes in shamanic yoga with a strong focus on pranayama and meditation. Kaity is a Certified Yoga Therapist who specializes in integrating functional movement with mental wellness practices.
Kaity Rose is a certified Yoga Therapist and Functional Movement Specialist based in Boulder, Colorado. Her style of teaching calls students deeper into self-acceptance and inner-knowing.
Kaity offers global yoga retreats, teacher trainings, and Yoga Therapy sessions in addition to her workshops and classes. She specializes in trauma-informed yoga therapy, yoga for stress resiliency and anxiety, and functional movement therapy. She thrives working with special populations, such as seniors, trauma survivors, or those who struggle with mental health.
Dr. Eric Holsapple is the founder of LC Yoga. Eric has been practicing yoga for 25 years and has a daily meditation and yoga practice that has fueled enormous success in business with LC Real Estate Group; and he recently retired from teaching real estate with the Business School at Colorado State University after 20 years. Eric received his 200 Hour Yoga Teachers Certificate in Yoga and Shamanism from the Jaguar Path; and his 300 Hour Yoga Teachers Certificate from Kripalu, both located in Lenox, MA. Eric’s mission is developing people, projects, and businesses that will make key impacts on communities that make a difference in the World. Founding LC Yoga is one of those ventures.
