this training is for…

Students who are ready to take their yoga practice to the next level. Students who yearn for more heart connection, spiritual growth, and physical vitality. Individuals who are natural healers, leaders, and nurturers. Students who have envisioned themselves, in some way or form, sharing yoga with others.

this training is not for…

Students who are unable to commit the time and energy necessary to the program may find it as challenging. While this training is therapeutic in nature and has self-development and growth at its core, our main intention is to prepare you to step out into the world as a healer, leader, and yoga instructor. Students who do not have a high level of physical and mental resilience may struggle and need to consider additional support. Please reach out to us if you’re unsure if the program would be a good fit for you.

This course is intense and time consuming. There will be weekly coursework to be completed in between weekends. Please be ready and able to commit to the time and intensity of the program. If you wish to be certified via yoga alliance, no weekends may be missed.

If you feel that you are ready to commit the time, heart, and energy of yoga teacher training, we’d love for you to apply.

My journey in this yoga teacher training was wildly transformational. I came with no self-confidence, broken, and fearful. I’m leaving with an open heart filled with joy, empowered and feeling like the magic I am. There is not one thing that I would have changed.

Kristen Lassiter.jpg

Kristen Lassiter, ERYT-500

Kristen is an E-RYT 500 (certified by Jason Crandell in 2017), but has primarily taught Vinyasa yoga since 2009 and was initially attracted to this discipline due to connection of breath with movement of the body. However, she is also trained in hot yoga, yoga with weights, TRX, Yin/restorative yoga & pre natal yoga as well as guided meditation and chanting. Her strengths as an instructor include being able to teach clarity of asanas (poses) with in any size class, offering different modifications/intensifications for different levels of practitioners, and educating students on postural alignment with an intention to never make yoga appear intimidating. She places emphasis on making an individual's yoga practice one's own and encourages students to take their practice to a level in which they feel safe, yet challenged.

Andrea Crowljpg

Andrea Crowl, E-RYT500

As a yoga teacher, Andrea understands that yoga is ever evolving because we are ever-evolving beings. She believes that yoga meets us where we are, in whatever phase of life. Each time we go to our mat, it is a reset button that offers new perspectives. It was this ever-evolving curiosity about the practice that initially led Andrea into a teacher training program, where she further studied the playful, power of vinyasa yoga. Andrea began practicing yoga in 2001 when she found a need to have a counter-balance to running. In 2004 she completed her 200hr certification and began teaching right away. Andrea has always felt a deep connection to movement and is passionate about sequencing and dance-like power of vinyasa classes. She infuses her classes with steady balance of breath and movement, allowing for a slow and strong practice that eliminates stagnant patterns and energy and creates new grooves in the body and mind.

Outside of the yoga studio Andrea loves running and having a dance party with her daughters Ruby and Sadie .
