Stephanie Lonon

Hello! I’m Stephanie. I’m a yoga teacher, a massage therapist, sound practitioner, photographer, cat mama and lover of cloudy weather.

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2000, and around 2006 I found meditation. In 2011 I completed my first 200 hour certification in Viniyoga. Since that time I’ve completed a second 200 hour certification, and am slowly chipping away at my 300 hour certification.

Looking back, my decision to teach yoga was paramount to everything that’s followed. It fully changed my game and my relationship to it. It’s enabled me to find, hear and share my voice. It’s encouraged me to slow down to better see, feel and trust the process of the constant onward movement of life. It’s cultivated the exploration of my own definition of devotion, self-compassion and patience. It is my intention to pass along these nuggets of growth and self reliance to my students through breath, movement and willingness.

When the mind calms, the body is at peace. When the body is at peace, the mind calms. You are the creator. Look for kindness and patience within.
