Yoga and Sound Retreat with Mantrika Shakti
During your retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to dive deep within to release what no longer serves you as we plant the seeds of intention for spring. During our weekend together you’ll step onto your mat to move through element inspired yoga practices with sound healing savasanas bringing your mind and body into a deep level of relaxation. You’ll elevate the sacred through beautifully crafted intention setting ceremonies and explore all 7 Chakras receiving tools to help connect and balance your energetic system. You’ll leave the retreat feeling refreshed, connected, inspired and full of love.

Full Moon Desert Shambhala Retreat is for individuals, couples, or groups who are seeking holistic healing of their body, mind, and spirit. Join in on daily meditation, yoga, and fitness classes or simply relax by the pool or explore an on-site hiking trail.

In this weeklong tropical retreat, we practice and live yoga daily all while enjoying beautiful, lush landscapes of Costa Rica. Each morning will begin with an energizing, detoxifying, and stimulating yoga class. Each evening session will be designed for relaxation, slowing down, and unwinding.
